interview is the first step in the buyer process.
I want
to find out what your needs are in a home. To be able to best
fulfill your needs, I want to obtain all the information about
the property you want to own. I will need to find out the
values you are attaching to this new home, the "why?"
behind the move, the emotions that you are using to make the
buying decision.
I will
review the complete buying process with you, from looking
at the first home to the closing. I then must understand the
benefits you are looking for me to provide. You want me to
provide a certain type of service level. I need to know your
expectations of service.
I am providing
all these services at no cost to you. The seller actually
pays my fee. You the buyer would receive all these services
and benefits free of charge. I would only ask for one thing
from you to receive all of these services, which is your commitment
to work with me exclusively. I can only provide a high level
